Samsung has revealed that it has received the preorders of the Samsung Galaxy S2 for more than three million units worldwide till 30th April. On the first day of its launch in Korea there were about more than 120,000 units sold and it is anticipated that the sales will go even higher when the phone goes on sales in 120 countries and other territories.
The company is sure to release about 10 million Galaxy S2 till the end of this year. The Galaxy S2 features a big 4.3-inch WVGA Super AMOLED plus capacitive touchscreen display. It is equipped with two cameras, the outstanding 8 mega pixel rear camera and a 2 mega pixel front facing camera. It is powered with dual core Samsung Exynos chip running at 1.2GHz speed along with 1GB RAM and 16GB onboard storage.
The smartphone is available with O2 at a price of £399 with their 24 months contracts.
