Three UK has confirmed through that it will be selling the LG Optimus 3D. It all started with a video showing the dual core 3D capable handset and was followed later by a verification that the LG Optimus 3D was really approaching to the least independent UK mobile phone operator.
The phone will be based on the LG Optimus 2X which was announced at the International Consumer Electronics. It will offer full glass-free auto-stereoscopic 3D display with HDMI-out, DLNA compatibility, Wi-Fi and a dual core Nvidia Tegra 2 chipset.
It is completely possible that the Optimus 3D will carry a £50 to £100 premium. There's also a risk that the Optimus 3D and the 2X compete with each other given share almost the same requirement.
