The BlackBerry Torch 9860 is the first ever Smartphone by the Canadians giant which is touch screen only,
dumping the very famous BlackBerry standard QWERTY keyboard. It has been a big step for RIM to release a
phone with no physical keyboard. The Torch 9860 looks very apt and classy, ready to compete with other
Smartphone powerhouses.
Specifications
The Smartphone contains a 3.7 inch capacitive touch screen with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels and comes
running on the latest BlackBerry 7 OS. Torch 9860 packs a 1.2 GHz processor. There is 4GB of internal storage
with option to expand with MicroSD support. The camera on the back is of 5 mega pixels with LED flash and is
capable of recording 720p videos.
Torch 9860 is 120x62x11.5 mm in dimensions and weighs 135 grams. At the bottom of the screen are the 4
physical buttons with the track pad present in between them. Bluetooth, 3G+ and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n are all
included.
